WHO: Members of any club within the New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women (Must Register to attend below).

WHERE: Keene Country Club

TIME: 10am - Credentialing & Social begins , 11am - Meeting Promptly Begins

WHEN: Saturday, October 1, 2022

WHAT: Business Meeting & Membership Brunch

WHAT IS THIS MEETING? AS STATED IN THE NHFRW BYLAWS: 

ARTICLE IX

Meetings

Section 1: The meeting in the Fall shall be the Annual Meeting and shall be for the purpose of electing officers, receiving reports of officers and committees and for any other business necessary. A quorum at the Annual Meeting shall consist of the majority of the eligible voters attending the meeting. The voting body of the Annual Meeting shall be:

• From each local club in good standing, there shall be a duly accredited delegate for each 25 members or major fraction thereof.
• The NHFRW officers.
• The immediate past president of NHFRW.
• The Presidents and Vice Presidents of each local unit.
• The directors.
• The chairman of NHFRW standing and special committees. In the absence of a delegate,
• an authorized alternate may vote in her stead.

Fall 2022 Annual Meeting - contact your Club President prior to August 27, 2022.

ATTEND AS A MEMBER:

All NHFRW Members are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting & Brunch. Registration is required for all.

REGISTER TO ATTEND FALL 2022 ANNUAL MEETING & MEMBERSHIP BRUNCH: 

All Delegates, Alternates & Member Guests must register to attend the Fall 2022 Annual Meeting & Brunch.

Registration opens August 28, 2022.
