In accordance with our Bylaws, the New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women invites all statewide and club dues-paying Members, Student Members and Associate Members to attend our Virtual Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 7pm. In an effort to make this meeting accessible to the majority of our statewide membership, this meeting will take place virtually. This meeting is only open to NHFRW membership.

If you would like to be a Delegate and/or Proxy for your club, contact your Club President as soon as possible!
Delegates may join the meeting starting at 6:30pm, Guests may join the meeting starting at 6:50pm. Meeting begins promptly at 7pm and meeting doors will close at 7:30pm. We ask if you are a delegate, you join via video so we can see you during the meeting.
Delegates - Each club has a minimum of 3 delegates. 1) The Club President 2) The Vice President 3) one additional delegate for each 25 members or a fraction thereof. Additional delegates are the Executive Board and the Directors and the heads of Standing Committees. If you are in both groups, please delegate someone additional from your club.
Section 1: The meeting in the Fall shall be the Annual Meeting and shall be for the purpose of electing officers, receiving reports of officers and committees and for any other business necessary. A quorum at the Annual Meeting shall consist of the majority of the eligible voters attending the meeting. The voting body of the Annual Meeting shall be:
-From each local club in good standing, there shall be a duly accredited delegate for each 25 members or major fraction thereof.
-The NHFRW officers.
-The immediate past president of NHFRW.
-The Presidents and Vice Presidents of each local unit.
- The directors
-The chairman of NHFRW standing and special committees.
In the absence of a delegate, an authorized alternate may vote in her stead.
